Contemporary Painter and Photographer

French artist with more than 30 years of trajectory, his work revolves around the exaltation of the feminine figure in all its complexity—its strength, vulnerability, beauty, and mystery. His practice, which encompasses painting, photography, and contemporary media, is a deep reflection of his own life processes and inner transformations.

From an early age, he began his artistic journey as a photographer in Paris, later becoming the personal photographer of Admiral Philippe de Gaulle. Over the years, his style evolved from erotic and sensual imagery to more symbolic and introspective explorations of femininity. Each phase of his work mirrors a metamorphosis that corresponds with his personal growth.

Jehan Legac

Currently working between Bangkok and Hong Kong, his latest series of oil paintings reveal a more poetic, layered approach to the female figure, often merging the divine, the mythological, and the emotional into ethereal portraits.

His visual language moves fluidly between classic beauty and conceptual narrative, with a strong curatorial sensibility.

Jehan Legac's body of work is a tribute to the sacred feminine in all her phases muse, mirror, and mystery.
