The Bald Beauty

Shaved skull, red threads forming hearts, black hexagonal fabric, baroque necklace. Legac constructs a radical beauty — not in spite of the absence of hair, but because of it. The stripping is the condition of ornament; the bare skull, the canvas on which everything is drawn. Oil on canvas, 120 × 120 cm, 2024.
