ISAAN TRIP

Orginal Oil Painting on Canvas 150 x 150 cm | 60 x 60 inches

2006

Abstract painting titled 'Isaan Trip' with black and orange tones, featuring a semi-reclining woman in the background, evokin

Isaan Trip unfolds as a pictorial trance between dream and matter. The suspended figure, dissolving into chromatic bursts of fire and shadow, appears to float in a state of transformation as if the body were opening to the journey, and identity scattering into pure sensation.Inspired by a real or imagined voyage through the northeastern region of Thailand, this piece does not depict a landscape but a state of being: a moment of sensory disorientation, where the body becomes an emotional map.Orange and blue tones dance across a near-abyssal black background, evoking the spiritual warmth of the unknown and the liquid coolness of the intangible. A trace of red suggests a presence a memory, a signal, a threat. Everything seems to be in motion, yet frozen on the verge of revelation.

This dialogue between body and technology inspires my cyber sensual multimedia art.
