Exotic Birds

A woman-tree: headdress of peonies and roses inhabited by blue parrots, body clothed in feathers. The turquoise halo radiates around her like an inverted glory. Legac erases the boundary between nature and the one who carries it — or who lets it carry her. Oil on canvas, 120 × 120 cm, 2023.
