On a divided ground, a gestural, imperfect red circle — drawn freehand, almost blood. The figure in profile, eyes closed, feathers at the shoulders, single black feather rising above the head, stands at the boundary between gold and grey. Legac stages the act of marking: the preciosity of the ground against the violence of the gesture. Oil on canvas, 150 × 150 cm, 2025.
